Dr. Elizabeth Weinstein is the owner of
Elizabeth Weinstein and Associates, a training and consulting
company based in Des Moines, Iowa. Since 1990, she has successfully
met her company’s mission to provide innovative programs
and services that challenge people to excel.

Dr. Weinstein has used her skills to help
a variety of business corporations, government agencies,
educational institutions and not-for-profit organizations
in a broad range of areas that include strategic planning,
citizen visioning, leadership development, continuous quality
improvement, team building and mentoring. She has gained
the reputation for being a skilled facilitator and trainer,
a proficient project manager and a creative writer.
A published authority on mentoring programs
In August, 1998, Dr. Weinstein published “Mentoring
for Success,” which describes the process
needed to plan, implement and evaluate a successful mentor
program. In spring 2000, Moving
Into a Brighter Future was
published through the state of Iowa. This user-friendly
book describes the procedures for creating mentor programs
in business settings and has been used in multiple states.
Dr. Weinstein is certified to use 20/20 Insight Gold
for 360-degree feedback, organizational assessments and
customer satisfaction surveys.

Weinstein,
a native of the United Kingdom, has a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Elementary Education from Buena Vista College,
a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Creighton
University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Community
and Human Resources from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. |
